The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Partseeker website.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders for in stock items are dispatched same day Monday-Friday if purchased before 1pm of that working day.
Items in stock will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped on the Monday after that weekend. This does not apply to Public and Bank Holidays.
At Partseeker we offer standard UK post to all customers regardless of order value. This class of post is via Royal Mail 48 and carries a lead time of 2-4 working days.
Our postage upgrade service is also available for a small extra charge if the item needs to be delivered quickly. Royal Mail 28 has a lead time of 1-2 working days. Royal Mail Special Delivery has a lead time of next working day (if ordered by 1PM). Delivery of larger items may require a courier and will also add a day to the standard lead times.
When we do not hold an item in stock, delivery times commence once it is received by us. The items will be clearly marked as order items and not stock items. Items indicated as ‘Order Item’ will be ordered same day Monday – Friday if purchased before 1PM. Order items usually take 1 – 3 days to arrive with us and are dispatched the day they arrive. You will be notified if the item is delayed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are shown in the basket. All shipping costs are for UK mainland delivery. Please contact us by email if you need shipping to another location.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and collect is also available. Simply choose this option when you checkout. Once your item is ready for collection from our Dunstable Branch, you will be notified. Not all items are stocked locally, so please do not come to pick up items before you have been told they are ready.
OPENING TIMES
Phone lines for the Spares Department are open 9AM to 3PM Monday to Friday. Staff are working from 6AM until 3PM to ensure items ordered before 1PM are dispatched the same day. And also in time for collection by Royal Mail and likewise, the various couriers we use. Collection in store can be made Monday to Saturday 9AM – 5PM (Excluding Public and Bank Holidays).
CHASING AN ORDER
If you need to check the progress of an order, please email us at Sales@PartSeeker.co.uk. Please take weekends into account when working out delivery times. Delays by Royal Mail and similarly other couriers are beyond our control. Such delays are rare, in the event that an item does not arrive when expected, please check to see if it has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour before contacting us.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If your item was bought online, over the phone or by mail order, as a customer you have consumer returns rights under the consumer contracts regulations.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer that you’d like to cancel your order to return the goods to them.
Within this time frame, please return any item purchased to us. Our full address can be found on this page, please include your information (Name, Address, Order No. If Known, Reason For Return) with the return so we know where the item came from.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
REFUND AND RETURNS STEPS:
We include full return details with each item sent, please fill this return section in when returning an item to us, this will speed up the return process as it will notify us where the item has come from, for further information or help regarding a return please email Sales@PartSeeker.co.uk
Returns can be sent back in the normal 14 day period.
Refunds or replacements will be dealt with the same day they have been received back and booked in by us, there will be no delays in us processing any returns.
Please do NOT attach any labels to retail boxes or packaging. Please send items back as received, in suitable mailing bag, jiffy bag or wrapped in brown parcel paper.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you using the original method of payment. We will also notify you if the refund is rejected for any reason.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange the item because the first one was faulty or damaged, or to a different item because it was not the correct one please let us know before returning the item.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address at the top of this page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Part Seeker is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

PRICING
Prices are correct at time of publishing but subject to change. For in stock items we will change the price when our current stock is depleted if new stock comes in at a different price. For order items prices will be adjusted as we are made aware of any changes.
AVAILABILITY
Items marked as in stock are held by us at one of our stock locations. PartSeeker is not the only channel we sell through and therefore stock levels can drop quickly if items are ordered on another channel. In the event that an order is received for a stock item that is temporarily out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for the item to come back into stock.
These Terms and Conditions relate exclusively to the PartSeeker Website. Your consumer rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
